On June 12th & 13th, 2010, the Tampa Bay Caribbean Carnival celebrated its 18th year at the historic and scenic Vinoy Park in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida. The weekend included performances by internationally acclaimed Caribbean recording artists, live steel band music, DJs, ethnic foods and crafts.
